This is my favourite salad, we enjoy it with falafals or even cous cous. It is so simple and full of flavour.

I am quite sure that when I was in Greece a few years ago I had this salad in one form or another every day and never tired of it. I was there for 5 weeks so you can imagine how delicious those tomatoes must be.
