Great idea. I will certaily pass on to my American born/Greek decendent friends. I suggest everyone take the time to sit with their YiaYia NOW and learn how to cook/bake these dishes. There is no local independent or chain restaurant that has ever come close to my mother’s cooking and they probably never will. Not to say that I will either but I think our chances as children of Greeks are better if taught by the source. The earlier the better.
